Caroline “Caz” Pal, Michael Phelps‘ girlfriend, spent Thanksgiving in Baltimore with the Olympic champ and his family.
Caroline Pal is a 26-year-old cocktail waitress at the Moon Nightclub in the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.
“She’s there [in Maryland] meeting his family for the first time,” a source close to Pal told People magazine.
Phelps has been spending time in Las Vegas working on his poker game and hopes to participate in the 2009 World Series of Poker.
Some people think Caz is the cocktail waitress Phelps was groping in the infamous photos that made the rounds on the net a few months ago. ‘Memba those?
I haven’t been able to dig up much on Caz, however, I did note that there was an event at Moon Nightclub on October 16, titled “Champagne Seduction – A Birthday Celebration for Caz,” which was touted with the promo below.
I also found a Facebook profile for a Caz Pal in Los Angeles. Not being on her friend’s list, I was only able to see the thumbnail picture, but after enlarging it a bit, I have to say, I still can’t tell much.
Could the Caz in the birthday celebration photos be the same as one of the girls in the Facebook pic? And if so, then it definitely doesn’t look like the same girl in the aforementioned groping photos…
UPDATE: Seems I was right. Photos of Caz have now hit the net, and she is definitely the girl in the pics above. (see many more pictures below)

The Web site purportedly shows Pal, 26, in provocative photos both alone and with other girls. In one photo, she is on a bed sandwiched between two girls in short shorts that read “Got Ho’s?” on their rears and “My ex-girlfriend is a stripper.”
Phelps, 23, has been a Las Vegas regular since his record haul of gold medals, which earned him a $1 million bonus from Speedo. He has been taking poker lessons in hopes of playing in the World Series of Poker here next year.
He has been seen partying and making out in public with Pal, who works at Moon nightclub in the Palms Fantasy Tower, where actor George Clooney’s former girlfriend, Sarah Larson, used to work.
Pal’s MySpace page lists her hometown as Long Beach, Calif., and indicates she attended Cal State-Northridge.
On Oct. 23, Phelps was seen partying in a hoodie with Pal at Tao nightclub at The Venetian after attending a pool-side event at Simon at Palms Place. He was media-shy at Palms Place, ducking reporters during a red carpet appearance.
At Tao, he jumped up on a DJ stand and was “mouthing words to a rap song,” a source told Vegas Confidential. “He went from being real low key to being kind of out there. He acted like a dumb kid.”
According to Davie Brown Entertainment, a Los Angeles talent agency that tracks the endorsement appeal of celebrities, Phelps ranked No. 1 in the first index compiled after the Beijing Olympics. He beat out basketball legend Michael Jordan, who earns $45 million a year in endorsements, and movie star Tom Hanks.

Who you date is a reflection of who you are. I wanted to believe the squeaky clean image because we all know he’s not a good actor and he came off so down to earth in his interviews. But seeing how he groped strippers, was obviously hooking up with his ex and this girl at the same time, took part in a prank to pour ice all over an unsuspecting girl, and after hearing a story about how he got angry and punched a wall with his fist after drinking, I’m starting to believe that he may just be a douche.

YECH! Michael, don’t you have any better taste in women than this sleazy person??? NOT good for his image at all. This is not the girl you want to bring home to mama. Especially since all we got to know his mama!!LOL, I love it how someone “in the know” just happens to show up when these pics are out. Yeah right……..

I’m just curious about something though, He’s been seen with his ex during this “courtship” and he’s always been quiet about his love life to the press, why release this information now? Unless of course, it’s not coming from his camp at all and this story is actually bogus… I guess time will tell.
I hope this is just another gossip bullshit. If not, someone should call Phelps’ agent ASAP. Too many people care for this boy and children see him as a true hero. I’m not saying his agent should pick girlfriends for him, but this (if it’s true) really ruins his image. He should be very careful about his Las Vegas err..creature, we’ve already forgiven him DUI.
It’s sad that Michael has gone the easy route. I am so familiar with the “ugly dude with money or notoriety” complex!! HAHAHA…My ex boyfriend who is not that attractive (I loved him for HIM hehe) lives in Las Vegas and always bangs strippers and waitresses and thinks its a feat when in actuality its just the dudes $$$$$ that they are after! Unfortunately, both parties are unattractive and it may work if she continues to rake in the $$ at the casino and he continues his sport success. Other than that, she looks like a tranny mess!
As an Asian woman, I am tired of so many Asian women settling for any fug face white man – no matter how ugly he is – just so they can assure their kids look less Asian. It is sick. Even elders in our families, encourage us to “whiten the race” so our kids can have eyelids and all sorts of ridiculous things. It makes me sick to my stomach. And this girl, clearly is just exposing herself to be someone’s cheap toy but where are the classy, lovely Asian girls who don’t play that game? Michael: you should be ashamed.
Phelps is ugly and he probably had problems getting pretty girls in his younger days. Now, he has millions and is famous so he can get any woman he wants. Right now, he wants a “cocktail waitress” from Vegas!!!! Okay!! I can’t imagine his mother wanting her baby with this ‘ho so I will give it about 3 more months. Then he will be on to the next pretty girl. It’s not like he wants to settle down or anything. This girl is probably his wet dream. I say, let him have fun.
No one is saying she is NOT a nice girl…but let’s be honest. He’s not a rap star like P.Diddy or Snoop Dog (an even those dudes behind the scenes don’t have girlfriends or wives who pics are on the net like these)… he represent the lastest America’s ideal sports hero.
Her pics are beyond “scandalous”…in his field and business association. Not a smart move for a role model..he need to take tips from Tiger Woods find a classy woman who would use more discretion in advertising her goods.

First, Although he can certainly do as he please the media doesn’t dictate who he should date..the media brings us the news that is released from his camp of people, we didn’t break this story.
Second. The media brings us this news because he has stepped into the public arena… He accepts the role he is a role model..He said as much when he got busted for his DUI incident. It’s absurd to think that the very person who has garnered international attention and respect for his feats does not realize so many kids admire him.
Third, he can certainly choose to disregard adapting to his squeaky boy image, but then he risks losing the respect and admiration of those who support him and look up to him.
His associations reflect his character…if he were a Hollyood bad boy actor, I wouldn’t be shocked. But he sort tarnishes his golden boy image with this scab. Any pimp can pull out a girl like this from their stable. Question does his sisters dress like this and have their pics online like these?
